SUMMARY:Middlesex Mid-Amateur Championships
DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nMIDDLESEX GOLF Mid-Amateur Championship\nQualifications\nEntrants can be male or female and must be aged 35 or over and must hold a handicap of 15.4 or lower on the date that his or her entry for the Championship is submitted. Players with handicaps greater than the limit may not enter.\nMaximum Entry\nThe maximum number of competitors is 72. If the number of approved entries exceeds the number of places available\, Part I – General Rules Applying to All Competitions\, Section 5 will apply.\nFormat\nThe Championship will be a stroke play event played over 36-holes.\nOrder of Play\nAs far as is practical\, competitors will be drawn to play in descending order of handicap in groups of three with no playing group comprising two competitors from the same club.\nPrizes and Vouchers\ni) No competitor may be awarded more than one prize.\nii) The winner will be the competitor with the lowest aggregate gross score for the 36 holes. They will receive the trophy and will also receive a memento to retain and a voucher.\niii) The runner-up will receive a voucher.\niv) The two competitors with the lowest aggregate nett scores for the 36 holes will receive vouchers.\nv) Other prizes may be awarded at the discretion of the Committee.
