Grims Dyke was in excellent condition for the 2026 Middlesex Mixed Open. 10 pairs competed for the honour of being Middlesex Mixed Open Champions. Our winners are David and Karen Wilkinson with a splendid total of 45 points. David is playing at Hadley Wood and Karen is a home member at North Middlesex GC.
There were two pairs in joint second place on 39 points. Kim and Adam Benjamin from Northwood GC pipped Tracy and Graham Gorb, on count-back despite them having home advantage. Both pairs scored an impressive 39 points.
Special thanks to Colin & his team at Grims Dyke for presenting the course in fine condition and being fabulous hosts as ever. We must also mention the Greens Team as all of the players found the green complexes to be quick and very tricky indeed!
