Our U16 Boys County Team took on Essex and BB&O at Northwood GC on Sunday 24th May. It was a tough day for our boys, losing both matches 7-1. Our only victor on the day was Zak Mundy, winning both of his matches comfortably.
Despite the lower handicaps of our opponents our boys battled to the bitter end, with some narrowly losing on the final hole.
Thanks as ever to our hosts at Northwood, Jonathan & Richard. And thanks too to our opponents, playing tough but fair. Middlesex may have lost but golf was the winner on the day. There was some excellent golf played by all teams. The future looks bright!
