Team Runners Up Grims Dyke GC with 193 points
Third Place Haste Hill GC with 186 points
The weather was changeable but mild for this year’s Coronation Bowl, held at Grims Dyke Golf Club. The course was prepared in excellent condition and Colin and the team were fabulous hosts as usual. Special mentions to Danny for preparing the course, set up was superb, tough but fair, and Mary who looked after all of our catering needs, nothing was too much trouble.
The team from West Middlesex were the Team winners on the day and they had first and second in the Individual 36 Hole Competition.
Martin McSweeney with 72 points and Matt Wickes with 70 on count-back from Jack McCormack, thanks to a superb afternoon round of 39 points, the best of the day.
