The Middlesex Eamon Kneafsey Championships were held at Crews Hill GC on Friday 28th August. The weather was very changeable, four seasons in one day!
We had a disappointing field of only 11 competitors for the U18 and U26 championships due to some late withdrawals. Nevertheless, we had some real County talent on show. The fiery fairways had softened up a tad, due to the recent welcomed rain and the tricky greens were rolling beautifully. There was still a score to be had due to the levels of skill on display.
Our Nett Champion is Nirvaan Aggarwal from Pinner Hill with an impressive 2 round nett score of 140. In third place for both the U18 & U26 championships is Rohan Patel from Finchley GC. Our Runner-Up is Oscar Tierney from Northwood GC. Oscar shot a 2 round total of 155. Our champion for 2026 in both the U18 and U26 categories is Adhritt Seth from Highgate GC. Adhritt shot a very impressive 2 round total of 144 with great shot-making and a high level of consistency.Â
Well done to all of the players, especially those who finished the last 2 holes in near monsoon-like rains.
