The first 2025 Middx women’s senior friendly match took place at Wyke Green on 12th May.
We had great conditions, despite the threat of thunderstorms and happily Middx were victorious over Surrey 3-1 despite the fact that Surrey had accidentally brought in a 28 year old with considerable golfing ability.
We had a mix of former and new players in the team which included: Ruth Holmes, Angela Spelman, Cheng Loo, Magdalena Donovan, Lilly Lian, Carolyn Carson, Cheryl Smyth and Carolyn Matthews.
