SE U14 League – Seckford Golf Club, Suffolk (near Ipswich)
Sunday 28th April 2024
On Sunday our U14 team played their first league match of the season in wet, cold and windy conditions.
The boys battled hard to stay in their matches on a course new to all our players. The home team Suffolk proved too good for us on the day (2-6) but we claimed an excellent win (5-3) against Norfolk to claim 2 valuable away points.
Notable performances from our lead player Freddie Buck with two strong wins and a win and a half for Armaan Shahvarooghi. Wins also for Oscar, Zak, George and Dylan.
Proud of the team and a brilliant learning day for all of us!!!
